We are looking for an experienced person who is willing to expand their reach and applying their skills to a broad base of clients. We want to expand InoCrowd
Your role as Business Development Director, is to grow our business by winning new clients and nurturing our existing ones in your area.
Your objective is to make InoCrowd a strategic partner of choice for our clients in their innovation journey. Indeed, a key aspect of your work will be to convince prospects and clients that Open Innovation today is no longer a luxury to contemplate but a must-have that any global, innovative company should embed into their innovation management process. Hence your objective is to make InoCrowd a strategic partner of choice of our clients’ innovation journey.
This consultative position requires an ability to critically assess client needs and develop service strategies accordingly to achieve clients desired outcomes.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the client relationship and sales funnel towards closing deals. You will be assigned a yearly sales target. You work closely with our outbound sales team, but you also develop new client contacts and leads yourself through calling, marketing events and campaigns.
Your client contacts are CEO’S, senior R&D directors and VPs, CTOs, Product Managers and Marketing leaders at global firms in industries.
You report to InoCrowd CEO & Founder

We expect from you
  • Experience with relationship development at high levels within companies
  • Experience with selling consulting services to R&D, product and marketing executives
  • Education: minimum bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in Science and Engineering background preferred
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of B-to-B sales experience
  • A strong interest in technology and science
