Business Development Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager is responsible for finding customers that have specific need’s in terms of innovation, helping clients achieve maximal value from InoCrowd Challenge Driven Innovation and crowdsourcing services. A key responsibility is to write very careful with the customer the Challenges. The position is extremely rewarding for technically trained individuals with superior communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.

This position is based in Lisbon.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Find the right Customers;
  • Writing the Challenges with the Customers;
  • Formulating Challenges from initial problem template to the final Challenge Statement
  • Develop strong and sustained client relationships
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in a business, scientific or engineering discipline. Preferably with a focus in physical sciences, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, materials, electronics or technological
  • Superb group presentation skills - professional, dynamic, and poised
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
